Buyer - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

The Global Supply Chain (GSC) Strategic Supplier Team is looking for an early‑career subcontract administrator for supplier and subcontract management, working with suppliers worldwide. What You Will Be Doing You and the team will be responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance, interfacing with program functional organizations. The position will manage procurement, delivery activities and related purchase order delivery schedules for F‑35 production, sustainment, and development programs. Responsibilities Prepare requests for proposals and evaluate subcontractor proposals. Develop cost/price analysis and negotiate terms. Create and document purchase orders and contracts. Maintain purchase orders and manage contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands. Communicate across multi‑functions and multi‑level platforms. Support activities related to supplier and subcontract management. What’s In It For You Flexible work schedules ranging from on‑site to hybrid. Ability to work in a team environment. Experience with Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, ERP or SAP systems. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Desired Skills Experience with FAR or DFAR. Excellent organization, communication (written, verbal, presentation) and decision‑making skills. Sense of urgency, self‑motivation.
