Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Staff
$3,000 Sign-on Bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Resident Care : Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs.
- Medication Administration : Accurately administer medications and treatments per care plans.
- Collaboration : Work with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress.
- Leadership : Guide and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure optimal care.
Qualifications:
- Licensure : Active and valid LPN license in NYS.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care (preferred).
