Required Skills & Experience 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst\nStrong SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) experience\nBusiness process knowledge related to cost movements\nExperience supporting RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)\nProduction support experience\nAbility to analyze business processes and partner with business and technical stakeholders Nice to Have Skills & Experience SAP Ariba experience\nAriba SPM (Supplier Performance Management) experience\nProcurement and sourcing domain expertise Job Description The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the primary support resource for procurement and sourcing systems, helping internal users and suppliers troubleshoot issues, maintain master data, support purchasing and contract management processes, and ensure system performance across platforms such as SAP SRM, SAP ECC, Ariba-adjacent tools, and other procurement applications. This individual will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, resolving workflow, access, integration, and data issues, supporting procurement transactions and RFx activities, maintaining reporting and dashboards, administering user access, delivering end-user training, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement.
