About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Area Manager with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was drawn to agency ownership because I wanted the opportunity to be an entrepreneur while building a career centered on helping people. I'm a graduate of UCM, a proud husband and father of three, and enjoy golfing, working out, and staying involved with my church. Role Description

As an Account Associate for Clint Osborn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
