Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency nursing care to patients in a high-volume ER setting.
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions with a focus on high acuity cases.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient transfers and procedures.
• Adhere to unit policies, including weekends and on-call scheduling.
• Support unit operations with a team-oriented and respectful attitude.
