EAP Program Manager - US

EAP Program Manager – US Full‑time, Permanent Location: North Carolina, Remote Objective Lead US Expanded Access (EAP) programs and co‑manage global initiatives requiring US oversight. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients on US domestic EAP projects, including organization and hosting of weekly meetings, project planning, and ongoing internal and external communications. Collaborate with the global EAP team to align program strategies and streamline client communications. Oversee program delivery and track performance against KPI metrics. Coordinate with US operational teams to ensure operational functions are set up for program delivery and align with program requirements as programs go live. Maintain day‑to‑day liaison with client teams to provide updates and discuss ongoing site and patient registrations. Identify risks in program delivery, working with internal and client teams to develop and implement resolutions and solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory stakeholders for programs that operate outside the USA to ensure clear supply chain flows and documentation compliance. Produce reports and forecasts for each program to anticipate patient enrollments, orders, and shipment requirements. Essential Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO environments. More than 3 years in an external or client‑facing project management role. Strong knowledge of US clinical trial legislation and US Expanded Access regulations (advantageous). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation ability. Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Degree level education or equivalent in life‑sciences discipline. Desirable Qualifications Experience working on global Expanded Access Programs (e.g., Early Access, Compassionate Use, Named Patient Supply). Familiarity with regulations governing clinical trials and patient data collection.
