Job Overview At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) , our mission is rooted in empowering individuals and strengthening communities. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full‑time Program Supervisor/Qualified Professional to guide support services for clients with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges living in their individual homes in the Plymouth, NC area. Regular travel of up to 1.5 hours in the general area is required to meet client needs. Responsibilities Oversee person‑centered services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring high‑quality supports that promote safety, autonomy, and meaningful engagement. Provide direct supervision to direct care staff, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and agency standards. Support development and implementation of individualized service plans. Work Schedule Full‑time, salaried position. Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm.
