Job DescriptionInfosys is seeking a Senior Program Manager—a strategic leader responsible for driving large-scale transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery and governance models for global clients.The successful candidate will lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including greenfield implementations, where new platforms, processes, and operating models are built from the ground up. This role requires the ability to bridge business strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustained business value. Experience in leading AI-enabled programs and leveraging AI to drive efficiency, innovation, and decision-making will be a key differentiator.The Program Manager will be accountable for aligning with client objectives, ensuring service resilience and scalability, and delivering high levels of client and end-user satisfaction. The role spans Service Excellence, Automation, Digital and AI-led transformation, Customer Experience, and Operations, with a strong emphasis on managing complex, multi-service line programs at scale.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs12+ years of relevant experience in managing large complex programs in any one of the industry verticals.Experience of managing senior stakeholders and complex eco system including external partnersExcellent team management abilitiesEffective communication and team leaderCandidate must be located within commuting distance of the following hub locations (Indianapolis,IN, Richardson, TX, Phoenix,AZ, Hartford,CT, Raleigh,NC, Houston, Bellevue,WA) or willing to relocate to the area.Ability to travel extensively.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Collaborate with other units to develop client specific solution.Drive customer workshops, pre-RFP discussionsExtend thought leadership for influencing / winning the deals.Program Delivery:Defining program plan, strategy and business benefits definition and refinementManaging the sponsors and stakeholders of the programTake end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of a pursuit.Achieving the program delivery goals with respect to time, budget, functionality and quality according to the program planEnsuring right staffing for the program and mitigate resourcing issues from different areas where the skills are to be procured.Team management and team buildingIdentification and mitigation of risksCreating status report for management - both internal and for customerAssist customer in defining business case for solutions.Financial (budget, vendors) management of the programGood networking skillsCapability to create, review and challenge estimates.Knowledge of Agile practice at program levelAbility to identify opportunities and support sales team in growth.Strong analytical skills and expertise in at least one domain or technology areaInterpersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
