Overview Registered Nurse (PCU) travel assignment in Clarkston, Washington, supporting a long-term care setting. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks, nights shift, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,199–$2,376 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights Start date: 10/05/2026 Facility/work setting: Long-term care (LTC) environment Opportunity to extend (where available) Ongoing assignment support from a dedicated travel team Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in MedSurg/PCU with the ability to flex to other departments as needed Conduct nursing assessments, administer medications, monitor patient status, and document interventions and responses Ensure patient safety and infection control, including adherence to isolation procedures and standard precautions; maintain equipment safety and perform basic troubleshooting Process physician orders promptly, document accurately, and provide complete change-of-shift reports Communicate effectively with the care team and other departments; promptly report critical lab values and patient changes Maintain and restock emergency carts, rooms, and general supplies; support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate Requirements Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington Graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN degree Experience in MedSurg and PCU with ability to float to related departments as needed Ability to work night shifts and commit to the schedule; willing to work through the upcoming holiday season with minimal RTO Demonstrated knowledge of safety, infection control, and standard nursing procedures; ability to document clearly and communicate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours and a clear weekly pay range during the assignment Dedicated travel nursing support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC Assistance with credentialing and onboarding processes Ongoing recruiter and travel-support contact throughout the assignment Potential extension opportunities based on staffing needs PAY DISCLAIMER Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
