What You’ll Do As a BCBA with Spectrum Squad ABA, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support. Your key responsibilities will include: Conducting assessments to develop individualized treatment plans. Designing, implementing, and monitoring ABA programs tailored to client needs. Supervising and training behavior technicians to ensure effective program delivery. Collaborating with families and caregivers to provide guidance and support. Collecting and analyzing data to track progress and make informed decisions. Staying up to date with best practices and advancements in the field of ABA. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a professional who brings expertise, compassion, and a commitment to excellence. Our ideal candidate will have: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At least 1 year of experience in the field of ABA.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and team members. A passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental needs. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
