Production Bakery Manager

Artisserie is a high-end bakery and dining concept founded by classically trained patissiere Chef Vitaliya Popovych, with locations in Portland's Pearl District and Downtown Lake Oswego. We're looking for a hands-on operations assistant who can bridge production and retail, and manage a talented team all while protecting the artistry that defines our brand.WHAT YOU'LL DOOversee daily wholesale production scheduling, fulfillment, and quality across both locationsOptimize production flow, food cost, waste tracking, and labor efficiencyManage, schedule, and develop the production team, including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relationsBuild a cohesive relationship between production and retail teams, ensuring seamless communication and product consistencyCoordinate with Chef Vitaliya on product standards, seasonal transitions, and custom ordersMaintain safety compliance, food safety protocols, and equipment maintenanceCONTRACT-TO-HIREThis 3-month contract is designed to transition into a permanent role upon the success of completing predetermined metrics.
