Description Average Salary $65,947 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Do you have a passion for working with children and families? Qualifications: Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Oversee clinical and administrative functions Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures Supervise and support staff development Represent the agency in public and private forums Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization Why Work With Us?
