3rd Shift Production Supervisor

Benefits Competitive base compensation and performance based annual bonus 401(k) with company match Annual profit sharing Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company‑paid short & long‑term disability, AD&D, and life insurance Experience / Education Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in packaging or related manufacturing Experience with SQF / Food Safety Programs required Strong in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Primary Responsibilities Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data Skillfully manage and direct employees daily; shift size up to 25+ employees Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, working in conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practitioner, Production Manager, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager Attention to detail required; supervise all traceability paperwork and ensure products are documented accurately Correct and report any unsafe conditions Train all employees on your shift Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and keep labor/overtime costs to a minimum Review and calculate employee timecards daily via Paychex system Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources Write and issue performance evaluations Willing to work a line to help the team #J-18808-Ljbffr Parker Plastics Inc
