Job description
The main function of the host/hostess is to facilitate the prompt and accurate seating and service of all guests; in addition, the host/hostess may be required to help the servers in assuring quality customer service as well. The host/hostess is expected to seat the guests following a rotation of stations, issue menus, (re)stock, clean menus, roll silverware and other side work.
