Physical Therapist (PT) - Must Be Licensed - Contract

Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF/LTC Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of California to work in the specialty area of skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC). This is a contract position, 5-day/8-hour shift schedule. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job performance. Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF / LTC. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
