Capriottis Sandwich Shop is a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant brand with nearly 200 locations nationwide and exciting expansion plans ahead in the Richmond and Hampton Roads markets. Were known for our award-winning sandwiches with premium ingredients and friendly service that keeps guests coming back. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment , providing great customer service, and being part of a collaborative team. At Capriottis, our team members are the heart of everything we do. Every shift is an opportunity to create memorable guest experiences while building valuable skills in food service, hospitality, and restaurant operations . Position Overview
As a Restaurant Team Member, you will help deliver Capriottis mission of Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time. Youll prepare high-quality food, provide excellent guest service, and maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to grow within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry . Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest
- Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
- Take orders accurately at the point-of-sale register
- Work collaboratively with team members and shift leads to ensure excellent service
- Complete required training programs and development programs
- Help create a positive, high-energy team environment
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic
- Availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and commitment to Capriottis standards of Quality, Passion, and Pride
