Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Operate standard or high-speed sewing machines

across multiple operation types in cadet uniform manufacture - Work independently on

assigned tasks per FWS Job Grading Standard 3111 - Assist in training or mentoring Sewing

Machine Operator I personnel as needed - Maintain production quality and pace consistent

with program standards - Comply with all site safety, security, and HSE requirements

Minimum Qualifications - Demonstrated sewing machine operation experience (standard

and high-speed machines) - Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to follow

instructions and communicate with supervision - Must pass background check, medical

screening, and any required installation-access vetting - Must be at least 18 years of age - Must

be a U.S. citizen or otherwise legally eligible to work on a U.S. Government installation

Physical Demands - Ability to sit/stand for extended periods while operating machinery -

Manual dexterity for precision sewing tasks

Work Environment - Indoor manufacturing/production environment
