Klaus Parking is a leading provider of mechanical and automated parking lift systems. We design, supply, install, and maintain state-of-the-art parking lift infrastructure for multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

We are seeking a highly organized, versatile Project Coordinator / Operations Specialist to keep our projects running smoothly from initial bid through installation and ongoing maintenance. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, project management, architects, and general contractors, ensuring project milestones, permit deadlines, and client communications are handled seamlessly.

• Client & Calendar Coordination: Schedule and organize client meetings, coordinate site visits, and manage project follow-ups.
\n
• Proposal & Bid Management: Prepare detailed proposals, track bid due dates, and monitor project timelines from pre-construction to closeout.
\n
• Plan & Drawing Review: Read and review architectural/engineering shop drawings and coordination layouts to support proposal accuracy.
\n
• Permitting & Deliveries: Coordinate permit applications with local municipalities and track equipment deliveries and installation schedules.
\n
• CRM & Document Control: Maintain and update client/project records in Salesforce and organize drawings, submittals, and photos in Dropbox .
\n
• General Office Support: Assist with administrative workflows, customer correspondence, service contract handoffs, and operational tasks across departments as needed.

• Construction Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in commercial construction, real estate development, architectural coordination, or specialty trades is required.
\n
• Exceptional Organization: Strong multitasking, priority management, and task-tracking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce , Dropbox , Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and digital document/PDF management tools.
\n
• Communication & Attitude: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, team-first, "can-do" attitude.
\n
• Adaptability: Willingness to jump in, pivot between different tasks, and support various areas of the business as needs evolve.
