Take your skills supporting K-12 students and make a difference as a Paraprofessional on a flexible, per diem basis. Help foster a positive learning environment by working directly with teachers and students across a range of school settings near Whitehall, PA. Qualifications:

• Current PA School Clearances required
• Valid TB Test result
• Must meet one of the following: 48 college credits, Associate’s Degree or higher, or PA Paraprofessional Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Demonstrated experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Professional, adaptable, and reliable work ethic

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in the delivery of individualized and group instruction
• Assist students, including those with special needs, with academic and social activities
• Monitor student engagement and behavior in the classroom and during school routines
• Reinforce lesson content, support assignments, and encourage student participation
• Help maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and students
