Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Sourcing Analysts to identify, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities to our network of investors and fund managers.

This is not a traditional employment role . Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Capital Sourcing Analysts:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary investment opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live opportunities

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified sourcing track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who are already close to deal flow , including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and networked professionals with access to capital opportunities.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Capital Sourcing Analysts may:

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early-stage diligence handoff (analysts handle financial modeling and valuation)

Capital Sourcing Analysts are not responsible for underwriting, detailed modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Capital Sourcing Analysts may submit opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured or opportunistic investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, network credibility, and sourcing history .

Compensation & Economics

• Analysts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst role

• No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality deal flow

How Analysts Get Activated

1. Submit a Capital Sourcing Analyst application with background and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified deals to the network

There is no cold applying to funds or blind pitching. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels .
