We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us!WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a passionate Keyholder to join our Wicker Park team, bringing strong beauty or skincare experience and a customer-first mindset to create memorable, elevated in-store experiences. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the team on the floor—leading by example, inspiring others, and helping drive a positive, high-performing environment. This is a 24-hour-a-week position on a part-time basis. (4-Days)PAY RANGE The anticipated hourly range for this position is <$20> to <$22> .Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location.WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Greet all customers who enter the store with enthusiasm and professionalism reflecting DECIEM’s vision through excellent service. Determine the customer’s needs and suggest relevant products by listening to the customer and sharing the product knowledge acquired during brand training. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met. Adhere to the DECIEM experience and deliver unparalleled customer service. Educate customers about the world of Beauty and Skin Care, DECIEM brands, and products. Act as floor supervisor in management's absence to ensure the store procedures and steps of the experience are being followed. Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new employees. Manage customer feedback and queries. Assist in maintaining store standards of cleanliness and organization. Be aware of and assist in maintaining DECIEM’s merchandising concepts. Ensure tidiness standards are always respected and maintained. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE Love of beauty products and a passion for skincare. Comfortable in engaging customers and applying products with the customer while providing consultations. Ability to multi-task, while providing professional and outstanding customer service. Desire to thrive working in a team environment. Effective time management and communication skills.
