Job Description:

Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to creating content to delivery and evaluation.

Ability to write across multiple modalities in learning/training and development - includes, but not limited to, live classes [ILT and vILT], online content [elearning/SGT, video], etc.

Understand latest release of tools, apps, and relevant information to be able to effectively create, and deliver content; additional ability be able answer questions around content.

Develop content on, and for, macOS, iOS, and iPad; and, use a variety of tools to create content, such as but not limited to editing software, LMS/CMS, content creation tools/software.

Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning/self-paced, including, but not limited to, in person and remote audience [Instructor Led Content], web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses; including but not limited to pre-production, production, and post-production.

Develop, deliver, review and create content on, but not limited to, various proprietary and 3rd-party applications, across varying modalities as mentioned above.

Deliver thoughtfully designed work which maximizes ease of use across a variety of audiences while remaining true to Apple's history of clean, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials.

Provide regular communications, including, but not limited to updates in meetings, and via online communication tools, with various stakeholders, leadership, and people across Apple and vendors as needed.
