Leasing Professional - Sage at Cypress Cay

Overview Greystar is a leading global real‑estate platform serving property management, investment, development, and construction. Position Summary Temporary 90‑day assignment with potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance. The position is multi‑site, stabilized, 450+ units, Monday‑Friday + rotating weekends. Responsibilities Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals, including greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and background checks. Prepare leases and move‑in packages, ensuring smooth resident move‑in and lease signing. Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in, ensuring move‑in readiness and scheduling any maintenance required. Stay informed about current market and competitor conditions, develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy. Execute marketing activities, including resident referral and employer outreach programs and internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, e‑mail, other websites). Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, manage resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information. Maintain show quality by daily inspecting the marketing corridor and leasing tour, communicating maintenance needs, merchandising and presenting appealing show units. Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction via e‑mail, notes, cards, or telephone calls. Execute lease renewal program activities, preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely execution of lease renewal documents. Respond quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns, taking prompt action to resolve problems and documenting requests to appropriate personnel. Required Licenses or Certifications All licenses and/or certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions. Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property. Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit for extended periods; bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, crawl in confined areas; work in all weather conditions; push, pull, lift or move up to 25lbs independently and 50lbs with assistance; flexible schedule including evening, weekend, and holiday calls. Compensation Hourly rate: $18.00 – $19.00. Adjusted for business requirements, experience, skills, and geographical location. Eligible for quarterly or annual bonus programs (corporate positions) or weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs (onsite property positions).
