About the Position We are seeking a Consultant II to play a pivotal role in delivering specialized expertise and driving the successful execution of complex projects. In this client‑facing role, you will focus on technical implementation, data analysis, and solution delivery, ensuring high‑quality outcomes that align with client objectives. You will also contribute to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, helping to expand service offerings and strengthen client partnerships. Location: Remote/Hybrid Remote, Washington, DC, US Key Responsibilities Drive project deliverables, define tasks, and monitor schedules to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion. Act as a key client liaison: understand needs, provide solutions, and maintain ongoing relationships. Apply specialized knowledge to solve business problems, generate reports, and conduct data analysis. Prepare project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and assist with onboarding. Requirements 2–5 years of relevant industry experience (or equivalent education/experience). Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Specific expertise in MS Suite, Forms/Planner, Section 508, and experience managing knowledge bases in ServiceNow. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
