Hospital Liaison - 3 SNF's located in Lower Hudson Valley, NY Salary: based on experience *Must be willing to travel* Apply today Qualifications:
- Must have current experience as a Marketing Liaison for skilled nursing facilities
- Must have connections to local hospitals
- Must have long term care/nursing home experience
- Must be a self-starter and energetic
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Interacts with community leaders, social workers, case managers, discharge managers to maintain and develop referral relationships.
- Work with Admissions department to meet short term and long-range census goals
- Develop and provide information for marketing materials or presentations as needed.
- Help manage the admissions process to ensure satisfaction for residents and families
- Create, manage and monitor new business development plans
- Conduct research as needed.
