Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Monday-Friday Schedule Career Growth and Advancement Opportunities Supportive and Collaborative Work Environment What You'll Do as a Recruiter Talent Acquisition & Community Outreach Source, attract, and engage qualified driver candidates Build recruiting pipelines through networking, referrals, community partnerships, and outreach efforts Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community gatherings to promote career opportunities Develop relationships with prospective candidates and maintain ongoing communication Promote the company's driving opportunities throughout the local market Hiring & Onboarding Support Guide candidates through the recruitment and hiring process Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and new hire orientations Assist candidates with employment documentation and onboarding requirements Ensure a smooth and positive hiring experience from application through onboarding Serve as a helpful resource for new hires during their transition into the organization Employee Engagement & Retention Build strong relationships with drivers and team members Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention Provide ongoing communication and assistance to newly hired drivers Foster a welcoming and positive workplace culture Help identify opportunities to improve the employee experience Reporting & Collaboration Maintain accurate recruiting, hiring, and onboarding records Track hiring metrics and recruitment performanceProvide regular updates and reports to leadership Partner with operations and management teams to support staffing needs and organizational goals Contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies and hiring success Qualifications Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, customer service, sales, human resources, or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and time-management skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Detail-oriented and highly dependable Passion for helping people achieve their career goals Why Join Us?
