Job Summary

Working closely with the Property Manager, you will help direct the daily operations of four apartment communities across Shaker Heights and Edgewater.

• Provide excellent customer service through prompt, professional, and authentically caring responses
• Maximize operational performance of properties
• Lead the leasing efforts for your property group, including advertising, applications, showings, move-ins, and renewals
• Maintain clean and safe properties by resolving tenant complaints, conducting onsite inspections, and enforcing rules of occupancy
• Other duties as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate

Experience

• Proven success in customer service and administration
• Exposure to leasing or property management, including a foundational understanding of Fair Housing guidelines
• Familiarity with Cleveland's market-rate multifamily real estate industry

Other Requirements

• Availability to work a 40-hour work week, which may include Saturdays
• Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
• Valid vehicle registration and insurance
• Able to ascend/descend stairs, traverse uneven terrain, transport up to 25 lbs, and use a computer for a full workday
