Aloha is a busy, successful 6-doctor veterinary practice that provides care for dogs, cats, and exotic pets . We are looking to add a Licensed Veterinary Technician to our team. Both new and experienced LVTs are welcome to apply!

Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic . You should enjoy working in a busy environment, have a knack for recognizing what needs to be done, and be someone who takes initiative to get it done. Building positive relationships with your teammates is important to us, as is being adaptable and willing to learn and embrace new technology and ideas.

What Makes This Position Unique?


Our caseload includes not only dogs and cats, but also a variety of exotic species, including birds, reptiles, small mammals, and other exotics . Exotic animal experience is preferred, but not required - we're happy to welcome technicians who are interested in learning and expanding their skills.

Our technicians have access to modern tools and technology, including in-house IDEXX laboratory equipment and SmartFlow , allowing our team to efficiently provide quality patient care and keep up with our busy caseload.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in good standing
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Someone who takes initiative and can anticipate what needs to be done
• Ability to work well as part of a collaborative team
• Comfortable working with dogs and cats
• Interest in working with exotic patients is a plus
• Exotic experience is preferred, but not required
• Availability to work 4 days per week, including weekends
