RECRUITING COORDINATOR

A recruitment coordinator supports the recruiting team in the hiring process to ensure candidates and hiring teams move through the recruitment lifecycle smoothly. Our office is extrememly busy and your day will fly by! Working hours

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Support recruiting team High attention to detail Partner with recruiters on job postings and reach out via our ATS to applicants Support partial payroll functions Skills Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing timely updates, greeting guests, and answering questions. Data & System Management: Maintain accurate records and update candidate statuses inside the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Job Posting & Sourcing: Publish job ads on career boards, social media networks, and internal portals. Onboarding & Compliance: Initiate background checks, and collect new-hire paperwork. Event Coordination: Represent the company at career fairs, college recruiting events, and internal interview workshops. Education Associate Experience 1-4 years Qualifications Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. Organization: High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities to handle high-volume scheduling. Technical Proficiency: Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), calendar tools (like Google Calendar), and MS Office Suite- primarily Excel Education & Experience: Typically requires 1 to 2 years of experience in HR, administrative support, or a recruiting environment.
