Patient Financial Advocate

Ivi-America

IVIRMA is seeking a full-time Patient Financial Coordinator in South Portland, ME to join our Revenue Cycle team. You will review patient financial obligations, explain policies, and provide clear payment options to patients during their care journey.

Responsibilities include documenting insurance benefits in EMR, generating estimates, applying payments, reconciling accounts, and communicating with patients and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution.
