As a small private builder growing quickly in the Austin area, we are looking for experienced Sales professionals to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional homebuying experience for our customers by greeting and assisting guests, handling overflow traffic, and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and directing visitors to model homes and/or to the office
• Maintaining sales center and community appearance
• Distributing current price lists to guests
• Setting up appointments with the Sales Manager
• Preparing daily traffic recap and activity sheets
• Tabulating specific information on guest registration forms
• Giving tours of the models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits
• Performing related administrative duties, as assigned
• Attending sales training
• Providing timely responses to questions submitted to the community website

Requirements include:

• Knowledge of residential sales concepts and practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in new home sales
