HR Coordinator (Part-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our team on a part-time basis (approximately 30 hours per week). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys managing coordination, scheduling, and onboarding processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule meetings, interviews, and onboarding activities across multiple stakeholders and time zones Manage and track team calendars while supporting a structured, multi-step onboarding process Provide administrative and coordination support to HR and internal team members Build strong working relationships with internal teams and new candidates to ensure a positive experience Assist with ongoing HR operations and support process improvements where needed Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience in coordination, administrative support, or related roles Proven experience scheduling across multiple individuals and international time zones Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex processes and multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
