Private Client Advisor II

Job Summary This position is responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening client relationships, and building upon an internal and external network to achieve business development goals for Bank of America Private Bank. The role leads the Client Management Process and partners across the enterprise to deliver a branded client experience, including access to the full array of Private Bank capabilities to meet specific client needs. Key Responsibilities Lead the Client Process Management Process to identify new business development opportunities. Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite. Lead the client team to deliver meaningful interactions and a branded client experience. Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy, and respond to changes in the business environment. Advocate for clients and prospects as trusted advisor, providing integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance client and client team experience. Build relationships with internal and external partners and centers of influence. Required Qualifications Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66); unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within 90 days of start date. 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent. Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM+ investable assets). Ability to present a holistic approach leveraging entire Private Bank platform. High-touch, client-focused interpersonal skills. Leadership ability to recognize opportunities for client engagement and proactively act. Proficiency in influencing, negotiating, and closing business. Solution-oriented sales and financial aptitude. Ability to collaborate with team specialists and other team members. Leadership role on team and within business community. Desired Qualifications MBA or Post-Graduate Degree in Finance or Business. CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM, or JD. Work Schedule Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Location US - NY - Buffalo - 10 FOUNTAIN PLZ (NY7101) Pay Range $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, based on experience, education and skill set.
