Respiratory Therapist RRT PRN Peds NICU

Medical City Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist RRT PRN Peds NICU to deliver high‑quality respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in our acute care and intensive care units. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to assess, plan, and implement advanced respiratory therapies for infants and children with complex medical needs. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will perform comprehensive patient assessments, initiate and manage ventilator support, administer aerosolized medications, conduct diagnostic testing, and provide emergency airway management in both pediatric and neonatal intensive care environments. You will carefully monitor patient responses, adjust therapies in accordance with established protocols and physician orders, and document all care accurately in the medical record. You will participate in high‑risk deliveries, stabilization of critically ill neonates, and transport support as needed, maintaining readiness to respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
