If you're excited about the opportunity, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every preferred qualification listed below.Job DescriptionWhat You'll DoAs a Process Engineer, you will:Define, develop, and support manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process controls, and standard work.Troubleshoot manufacturing, assembly, and testing issues to improve quality, productivity, and process reliability.Support the introduction of new products, technologies, and manufacturing methods.Partner closely with production teams, quality engineers, supervisors, and fellow engineers to solve technical challenges.Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Validate manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with product and process requirements.Communicate technical information clearly and effectively across teams.Support a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.Process Engineering Focus AreasWe are hiring for three distinct manufacturing areas.
