What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality ICU nursing care to a diverse patient population across multiple ICU units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Float to various ICUs based on unit needs, ensuring flexibility and adaptability
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and support critical care teams
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to deliver personalized care
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (Epic)
• Respond swiftly and effectively to patient emergencies or changes in condition

What You Need

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Ability to float across ICUs and work every other weekend

Preferred:

• CPI and CCRN certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
