Bouchée Patisserie ManagerThe Post Oak Hotel is seeking a Bouchée Patisserie Manager to join the only Forbes Five-Star Hotel in Texas. This role involves managing the team and the guest experience of Bouchée Patisserie. Responsibilities include overseeing all day-to-day operations of the Patisserie, understanding hourly positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence or during peak volume periods, overseeing departmental scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures. The ideal candidate aspires to the hotel's values of being passionate, striving for excellence, remaining relevant, collaborating, and acting with honor and integrity. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a store manager or an assistant store manager in a coffee or bakery operation, preferably in a luxury setting. The position requires the ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and prolonged extended periods of standing.
