- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable presentations/reports.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Project management, change management, PMO, or similar experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Knowledge/experience with large-scale ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
- Experience with Oracle Financial.
- Self-motivation, self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.
- Focus on program financials, supporting Tech leadership in program-wide activities.
- Coordinates and facilitates routines to support technology delivery.
- Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
- Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for defined deliverables.
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
- Gathers/facilitates status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
- Ensures that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Tracks the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.
- Supports resource planning and forecasting for delivery/execution.
- Ability to manage complex project(s) simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
