YARD ATTENDANT

Yard Attendant Maryland Metals, Inc. is seeking a dependable and motivated Yard Attendant to join our team at our Hagerstown, Maryland facility. The Yard Attendant will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our recycling facility. Primary duties include weighing, purchasing, sorting, and identifying various types of metals. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with customers and other team members. Candidates must have the ability to plan, organize, and help control production and daily yard operations. Strong supervisory and leadership skills are required , along with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, customers, and the general public. Basic computer and software skills are also required for this position. Applicants should demonstrate good character, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
