Principal Market Development Specialist, Coronary Renal Devernation - Michigan

Job Summary Principal Market Development Specialist – Michigan District (Detroit, Grand Rapids or Lansing, MI). Remote but required to reside within territory and travel up to 50% of the time. Lead market development and education efforts for Renal Denervation (RDN) therapy. Application Window Apply by 27 June 2026 Key Responsibilities Implement and pilot the launch strategy aligned with overall objectives. Lead discussions on clinical data and program planning with administrators and physician stakeholders. Identify and partner with key stakeholders (interventional cardiologists, HTN specialists, nephrology, primary care, nursing, pharmacist, hospital executives) to raise awareness. Understand customer needs and recommend approved HTN and customer program initiatives. Use RDN customer relationship management software to record and track activity for quarterly reporting. Oversee pilot and therapy awareness activities within local budget. Collaborate with sales, clinical, and reimbursement specialists to deliver solutions. Understand hypertension awareness initiatives and ensure alignment of materials and resources. Partner with sales team, leadership, and marketing on expansion strategies to reach new physicians. Maintain a culture of collaboration, customer orientation, ethics, and execution. Participate in targeted association and society events. Maintain compliance, administrative, and expense requirements. Minimum Qualifications (Must Have) Bachelor’s degree. 7+ years of experience in marketing, program or market development, sales or sales support; 5 years with advanced degree. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have) MBA or Master’s in Business, Hospital Administration, Nursing, or Life Science. Healthcare marketing or consultative selling experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals. Experience in a CV suite of a hospital (cath lab, CV program coordinator, or CV program leadership). Experience developing new markets, implementing tactics, and tracking performance. Benefits & Compensation Salary range: $127,200.00 - $190,800.00 (US, excluding Puerto Rico).
