Paralegal Opportunity

A well-established Orange County law firm is seeking an experienced paralegal to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
Assist attorneys with case preparation, discovery, and trial support
Manage deadlines, calendars, and filings
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court rules

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
Prior experience in a law firm environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
