Call Center Customer Service Representative

Position: Call Center Customer Service Representative (Dept: Collections) Location: New Castle, DE 19720 (On-Site Job) Type: Full-time, Permanent SALARY: 41.6K/Year with Benefits First 3 Months Training Period will be 100% Onsite (8am to 5pm) After training period Manager will allot shifts as per the business need-2 days onsite and 3 days remote Job Summary Responsible for managing delinquent accounts and recovering outstanding balances through customer communication and negotiated payment arrangements. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts Contact customers via phone, email, and written communication Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances Document all collection activities per compliance standards Provide professional customer service and handle disputes Use skip tracing tools to locate hard-to-reach customers Preferred Qualifications High school diploma (some college preferred) 0-1 year experience in collections or customer service Must have Call Center Experience Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office Knowledge of collection laws/regulations #J-18808-Ljbffr Niktor LLC
