We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing organization in New Castle, Delaware. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage customer needs with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency. The position supports both sales and service operations, with initial onsite training and the potential for a hybrid schedule after training is completed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone and other communication channels, providing timely and detail-focused support.

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all details are entered correctly and followed through to completion.

• Use SAP and Salesforce CRM to manage account information, document interactions, and track service or sales-related activities.

• Support internal sales and service teams by coordinating customer requests, updates, and issue resolution.

• Manage credit and rebill activities with close attention to detail and established procedures.

• Follow up on open items, customer concerns, and order-related questions to maintain a high level of service.

• Organize multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines in a busy customer support setting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and maintain smooth day-to-day customer operations.

• At least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP in a customer support, order processing, or service-related capacity.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for maintaining customer records and tracking interactions.
• Background in supporting sales and service functions, including order entry and issue resolution.
• Experience handling credit and rebill processes with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage inbound customer calls professionally while maintaining attention to detail.
