Quick Facts Location: Yakima, WA Start Date: 06/18/2026 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Duration: Full-time Shift: Day shift Hours per week: 40 Employment Type: Full-Time Licenses/Certifications: Active Washington state license preferred, BLS Certification required Experience: Clinical audiology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Note: verify pay package upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do Perform diagnostic hearing tests such as pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients from birth to seniors. Interpret test results in collaboration with patients and physicians. Make professional recommendations for medical follow-up, hearing aids, and ear protection. Conduct hearing aid evaluations and select the most appropriate amplification solutions for patients. Fit hearing aids and provide detailed instructions on operation and maintenance. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot hearing aids purchased through the clinic. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality care throughout every stage. What You Need Required: Active Washington state license (preferred) Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate program with clinical practicum (AuD preferred) Current BLS Certification Experience or strong interest in audiology diagnostics and hearing aid management Preferred: Clinical experience in a healthcare setting Ability to interpret audiometric data and communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment Join a thriving team in Yakima dedicated to delivering exceptional audiology services.
