General Counsel

To support a growing AI services company, the full-time General Counsel will develop and manage commercial legal strategies, oversee compliance and governance, and negotiate contracts while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the company's commercial legal strategy and contracting standards Negotiate and execute all material customer and partnership contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives Oversee regulatory compliance and employment law matters, managing external counsel relationships as needed Required Qualifications 5-8 years of experience as a lawyer in a law firm or in-house at a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company Substantial experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts with strong business judgment Knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and employment law Strong business acumen, understanding venture funding dynamics and legal implications on operations Bilingual in French and English is strongly preferred
