Lead Social Worker LCSW - Case Management

Lead Social Worker LCSW – Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance, Torrance, CA. Full time, 8‑hour day shift. Under general supervision, the Lead Licensed Clinical Social Worker performs all duties of an LCSW, including psychosocial assessments, counseling, information and referral to inpatients and outpatients and their families, and collaborates with medical and paramedical staff. The Lead LCSW also oversees the daily work operation of the Clinical Social Workers and trains staff as needed. Responsibilities The Lead LCSW ensures timely delivery of supportive professional services to patients, families, and hospital staff, and works with the Director or Manager of Case Management on personnel management matters. The Lead LCSW provides psychosocial assessments, counseling, information and referrals, and coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
