About the Role:
O'Malley's Pub in Palmer Lake, CO is looking for an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our team! If you love crafting great drinks, delivering outstanding hospitality, and being the life of the room, this could be the perfect fit for you. Come be a part of a fun, welcoming environment where every shift feels like home. Part-time and Full-time positions available.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver to tables
• Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages behind the bar
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and service area
• Handle cash and POS transactions, including tabs and split checks
• Engage guests to create a lively, welcoming pub atmosphere
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, draft beer, and wine service
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
