Salesforce Senior BA/Functional Consultant

Location: Westlake, TX– Remote is fine for now but post Covid-19, candidate must be willing to relocate. Candidate should be willing to work in CST hours
Job Description:
Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6-8 years of experience working as a business analyst and using Salesforce Lightning/Classic platform
Must have experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions for our clients
Experience in conducting and driving User Training and Quality Assurance of the product
Work collaboratively with team members to design a solution that will meet a client's business requirements and fulfill user stories
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Drive in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new clients, their business needs, and technologies
