Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:What You’ll Do
- Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their needs
- Show homes and guide buyers through the purchase process
- Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts
- Manage clients from consultation through closing
- Follow up with leads using our CRM and sales systems
- Coordinate with lenders and other transaction partners
- Provide excellent customer service
- Participate in sales training and coaching
- Build referrals and repeat business
- Active Texas Real Estate License – Required
- Located in or able to serve the Houston, TX market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, responsive, and customer-focused
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
- Comfortable working with CRM and real estate technology
- Ability to manage multiple clients, appointments, and transactions
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
