Fashion Floors & Interiors is hiring a full‐time Showroom Sales Associate to support our flooring, countertop, and tile showroom. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands construction or flooring materials, and can confidently manage projects from start to finish.
Position Overview
This role focuses on guiding customers through product selections, coordinating project details, and ensuring jobs move smoothly from consultation to completion. The ideal candidate has experience in flooring , construction , or home interiors , and thrives in a fast‐paced, customer‐focused environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Location: Nampa, Idaho
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Selections — Assist clients with choosing flooring, countertops, and tile that fit their style and budget.
- Project Management — Oversee jobs from initial consultation through installation, ensuring timelines and details stay on track.
- Product Knowledge — Explain material options, durability, maintenance, and design considerations.
- Showroom Support — Maintain a clean, organized showroom and update displays as needed.
- Client Communication — Provide clear updates, follow‐ups, and coordination with installers and suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in flooring , construction , or home interiors
- Strong customer service skills and a design‐minded approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable learning product specs and explaining them clearly
- Organized, dependable, and confident working independently
